Item 8.01. Other Events.
On March 10, 2022, Trecora Resources (the “Company”) filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2021. The cover page of the Form 10-K had a typographical error with respect to the number of shares of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.10 per share, outstanding as of February 18, 2022. This Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed to provide the correct number of outstanding shares as of such date, which was 23,671,422.
