Arabian American's Board of Directors Joins National Board Leadership Organization

(NYSE: ARSD), a leading provider of high purity specialty chemicals and 35% owner of Al Masane Al Kobra Mining Company ("AMAK"), announced today that the company's board has joined the National Association of Corporate Directors as full board members.
